This was a dream travel for me. I never imagined that I would be able to visit the famous Puerto Princesa Underground River which is now belong to the new 7 wonders of nature. Since my companions and I were already in Palawan, we never missed the opportunity to visit this famous tourist spot. Along the way, I could not refrain myself from not taking a photo of this. This is a solar lamp post which means that the light produced by it is powered by solar energy which comes from the light of the sun. According to our travel guide, this was designed by a German engineer. It amazes me to see a lamp post without long electricity wires and very environmental friendly.  Back to my travel to the famous Underground River, so after more or less four hours of travel from El Nido, Palawan we reached our destination. Ugong Rock Adventures is located at Brgy. Tagabiniet, Puerto Princesa City. If you are on your way to the famous Underground River, you could pass by to this place. Caving, splunking and zipline adventure are the activities offered here.    This is one of the passages inside the cave. Ugong Rock was named after a musical instrument "ugong". There are some rocks inside the cave that if you knock on it, it would create an ugong-like sound.  One of the many features inside the cave are these stalactites and stalagmites formations. This is a stalactite that looks like a chandelier but as time passes by it already reached the ground. If you would be in Ugong Rock Adventures, finish the activity by enjoying their zipline adventure. So far this is the fastest zipline I had experienced with a travel time of 21 seconds.     It is better that things had been planned ahead of time in order for things to run smoothly. Yesterday, we are asked in the office of our planned absences in the coming months. I had a planned vacation on the coming months and I informed my boss about it. Gladly, she had no questions or disagreement about it. I am really excited for that flight.       Public Speaking is not my forte that I really admired people who could take up the stage and say what they want in a large crowd. Sales people are very good at it that in fact even if the product is not that good, they could still sell it with their effective persuasion through speaking. It is amazing how they could persuade some clients to buy their product in one transaction only. I consider that skill as a gift. For me,  it would take a lot of nerves for me to do that thing. Public Speaking for me is a struggle to fight my nervousness, tremble of the body  and lost of voice.      Hotel, motel, lodging house, room for rent, and cottages are the places where travelers commonly stay. Hotel accommodation would provide the necessities you need but it is a bit expensive especially in those high class hotels. In some countries, there are now furnished apartments for travelers like vacation rentals paris . Renting a furnished apartment is cheaper compared to hotel rooms and it could provide you the necessities you needed. It has a kitchen, great amenities and larger than hotel rooms. It would also give the ambience of not being away from home. If I could find a furnished apartment like in vacation rentals paris which is cheaper, I would go for it. 

      Our two clients from London just went home from their one week visit here in the Philippines. In their one week stay, I observed they are sneezing or sometimes coughing. Maybe their body is still adjusting to the different temperature of this country which is a bit hot compared to them that is cold. If you are new to the place and to its climate, our body would really adjust to it and sometimes we usually get sick because the food, the temperature, the weather and many other things is new to us. That is why there is travel health insurance that is being offered now. It will cover up any medical expenses we incur while we are away from our own country. It is good for those who are always travelling abroad, for international students and study abroad students. It is better to have this one than let go of your allowances just to pay medical expenses.
